New  Features

• Release of the RFP Shredder
• Adds the ability to create multiple "Projects" under the Proposal tab
  
• Adds the Shred, Outline, and Assignments pills.
• Moves the Writer Packages pill from the Documents tab to the Proposal tab
  
• Adds support for Shredding RFP documents, resolving ID discrepancies, and exporting requirements to outlines
  
• Adds the ability to create and export Compliance Matrices to Excel

• Fixed an issue for subs when viewing Opportunities owned by primes with specific configurations of required fields
